The unique concept was born in October 2013, in the heart of, Dubai Marina, Pier 7. Mohammad Islam, Atelier M’s founder and head chef, created the concept after international success in the field of luxury, dining and hospitality. His experience, with luxury dining encompasses time at the Ritz Carlton Chicago, with French icon chef Jean-Georges and the renowned Chateau Marmont. This resulted in putting together a truly passionate, international team which, under his watchful eye, serves Mediterranean inspired dishes with a contemporary flair of the highest quality.
