It is the translation of a Dream that Mike and Nancy Ayoub had for Years, They Dream of Traditional Delicious Food and dessert made Daily from Scratch, with the freshest of ingredients.

So when the time was Right, they Moved from San Antonio, TX to Minnesota to fulfill their dream While seeking a better future for their three kids.
They wanted to share the taste of Authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean Food and desserts with others,
Hence Byblos Lebanese Grill was Born.
The name Byblos comes from the city of Byblos that is 7 Miles South of where Mike was born,

It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and was chosen by Condé Nast Traveler as the second best city in the Middle East for 2012, beating
Tel-Aviv and Dubai.

the best Arab tourist city for 2013.
