Mochi Crème Japanese Ice Cream was established in the year 2011 by Michael and Barbara Jill Qua. In September 2012, ownership of Mochi Crème was transferred to California Dairy Creamery, Inc. with the addition of new incorporators. The company was the first to introduce the concept to the Philippine market. In August 2012, the company opened the business for Franchise. Currently, the Company has 20 existing branches nationwide.

This authentic Japanese dessert brand manufactures and distributes its own formula brand Mochi Crème ice cream. Ice cream Mochi is a delicacy that originated from Japan and today is very popular in western and Asian regions, especially in the United States, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan Singapore, and Hong Kong.
