Nonna’s Italian Food Bar, The Greens

Our first restaurant was born out of a dream, a cookbook full of Nonna’s recipes and son’s love for his mother’s cooking.
The plan was a simple one. We could serve authentic Italian home-style food, using methods of cooking, recipes, and secrets established by Nonna himself.
Born in Sardegna Italy in 1936, Nonna Maria is our founder and our teacher. She continues till today to share her love for Italian food with her kitchen family at Nonna’s Italian food bar around the world.
Our stores have a contemporary feel with open kitchens made up of our live Pasta, Pizza, Salad, Panino, Dessert and Coffee bars.
Our guests can either choose from our classic suggested plates on our table menus or choose to use our “build your own” menus and tailor make their own dishes.
Either way, you will be served food made from traditional Italian recipes with the finest ingredient we can find from around the world

When asked why her food is so good Nonna’s answer is always “I think because I love to cook”
