Sea Fu, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, invites guests to dine and enjoy both lunch and dinner – indoors, or outdoors on the open shaded terrace. The relaxed venue also provides sunken lounges with fire pits and offers spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf. Amongst Dubai’s finest dining destinations, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach features 10 distinctive venues. This resort includes five options right from the beachfront Sea Fu restaurant to the rooftop Mercury Lounge. Opposite our main entrance, Restaurant Village features five independent venues, including some of the world’s famous names in dining and entertainment. Each Monday from 20:00 to 22:00, guests can enjoy a new Funk and Sake night, where each lady will receive a complimentary sake cocktail and Asian-inspired canapé. With a delightful sea fua la carte bar menu available throughout the evening, guests can savour on small dishes whilst listening to a new DJ playing funk-themed music organised in the evening on through the night.

Sea Fu’s Saturday brunch concept offers a generous spread of food that is served. Major highlights include the “Okonomyaki Omlette” a Japanese delicacy, the skillfully designed Akami Pizza featuring fresh tuna sashimi as well as the intricately crafted sushi platter that is clubbed with refreshing offerings. Guests can indulge and enjoy sipping on refreshing sake cocktails and listening to the beats of a live DJ. Can be enjoyed, from 13:00 to 16:00, every Saturday.

Sea Fu serves up seafood with an Asian influence is a chic ambiance, this glamorous resort setting also has an open kitchen that is occupying almost as much space as the dining room. The interiors of the restaurant is sophisticated sea fuwith dark wood work, comfortable turquoise seating and abalone shell accents making it a preferred place for a cosy meal. Service is exceptional, with warm greetings and well informed descriptions about the menu from the cheerful and efficient staff members.
