The first Al Tazaj Fakieh Barbeque Chicken restaurant (TAZA) was opened in Mecca, Saudi Arabia in 1989.
The restaurants use unique barbeque chicken that comes from Fakieh Poultry Farms in Saudi Arabia.
Our chicken are fed with healthy vegetarian food and they complete their growth in a period not exceeding twenty-three (23) days. All chicken raised are hormone and additives free.
Fakieh Poultry Farms provide a Halal raised chicken and send directly from the farm to the slaughter house where they are slaughtered and processed. The processed chicken are then marinated with a special family marination recipe consisting of fresh vegetables and spices.
