Yalla Saj was founded in 2016 by Saif Mohamed, who reminiscent about true Levantine cuisine and the experiences he had along with the food. Situated in the heart of Dubai, the concept was simply to create a cozy experience that was well suited to have great adventures with taste and fuel for conversations, serve quality freshly cooked meals and offer the love of Levantine cuisine.+
Being a young restaurant we are given an opportunity to fine-tune similar experiences while adding our own unique perspective of Levantine cuisine, and with constant product development, and loads of hard work, we aim to have multiple branches around the region and eventually globally.

We’re loved for our freshly baked Saj, our famous Shawarma, mugs of our fresh juices and our home inspired cooked meals. All are served in a distinctly hearty true Levantine portion, meant to be enjoyed over good times with family and friends. Simple, honest, genuine food.
