Welcome To Barry’s
Barry’s is the original high-intensity work out. It burns up to 1,000 calories in one class (!!!), tones muscle, maximizes fat loss, and increase your metabolism, so you actually burn calories even after class is over. We’ve got the science to prove it. (And the abs…)
The instructors push you to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing. The music, the signature red lights, the energy in the room…..It’s magic (and about as much fun as you can have with your clothes on).
Each class is different. You will never have the same routine — and never get bored. Barry’s Original class is a mix of running and weights. There is also a Double Floor class – a no treadmill option for the days that you can’t run… or just don’t want to.

DOUBLE FLOOR
NO RUNNINGDouble Floor classes are strength focused, tread-free workouts. Don’t worry. Even without the treadmill, you’ll be sore for days.

Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class, so we can introduce you to your instructor and give you an overview of what to expect.DURING CLASS
I’M SO READYAll you need are your work out clothes and your kicks. We’ve got everything else covered.
If there’s a Fuel Bar at your studio, get psyched, and pre-order your shake so it’s waiting for you after class. (Little known fact: the ingredients in many of our shakes help you recover from class and avoid being sore. Who knew?)

A Barry’s class can burn up 1,000 calories or more. It tones muscle, and boosts your resting metabolism, so you continue burning calories after the class is over. (We love that part too.)
We combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. You’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which in turn will raise your resting metabolic rate by up to 15 percent.

This is more than a pile of equipment. It’s a magical combination of instructor, lighting, music, and the people in the room. The interval training stimulates neurons in your brain and endorphins in your body. Killer music pushes you to run and work harder than you ever thought possible. The Day-By-Day Breakdown
Each day at Barry’s focuses on a different muscle group. The programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups
to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way
to transform your body.MONDAY
ARMS & ABSOn Mondays, we focus on strengthening and lengthening the biceps, triceps, and forearms. We sprinkle in a bit of ab work to help round everything out.
TUESDAY
BUTT & LEGSTuesdays are the day you’ll burn the most calories. Our Butt + Legs day contains a mix of exercises aimed at increasing flexibility and strength. It will reduce fat, while shaping the perfect lower body.
WEDNESDAY
CHEST, BACK & ABSWednesdays are meant for anyone looking to improve their torso, both front and back. For guys, it’s about achieving that perfect V shape. For girls, it provides a natural lift up top. Regardless of gender, nothing beats having a sexy back!
THURSDAY
HARDCORE ABSThis is the gateway to the flat stomach, the 6-pack, the all-important strong core. It is a combination of fat burning interval cardio work with strength training moves.
FRIDAY SAT & SUN
FULL BODYWeekends are reserved for the complete Barry’s workout. It doesn’t get any better than this.
