We only teach what is good for your whole body, never sacrificing your joints or muscle groups for a fad. We only use equipment in safe ways, never positioning you or leveraging weights in a way that could hurt your joints. Our classes support not only strong bodies, but strong minds to help you feel your best.
Our instructors are well-equipped to modify all of our classes for whatever your body is working through. Our instructors go through an extensive anatomy-based training and certification for several weeks with our Senior Training Team before they work with clients.

Our rhythm-based, DEFINE BODY class incorporates the science of pilates, yoga, core strengthening & ballet in a balanced workout on the mat.
Our DEFINE BOUNCE class is high intensity interval training on the trampoline combined with targeted barre work. Trampolines are 20% more cardio effective than treadmills and give 80% less stress to your knees.
Our DEFINE BODY & DEFINE BOUNCE classes are an efficient way to build muscle definition while being easy on your joints.

For centuries, yoga has helped people to heal from the inside out. By lengthening muscles and focusing our breath, it changes how we think and move. Research tells us that our fascia, the connective tissue surrounding our muscles, also needs care.
In our DEFINE YOGA, MIND-BALL ROLLING AND HAMMOCK classes, you’ll loosen the knots that can accumulate in your myofascial tissue.
After just one class you’ll notice you have more range of motion, and are less prone to injury. Clients often tell us that even they even have more patience in their daily lives after DEFINE YOGA & MIND classes, because there is less tension in their bodies, and therefore their mind.
What to Expect
Instructors will lead you through a safe, hands on and all levels flow of postures designed to relax, build strength, give space for quiet contemplation and a playful approach to deepening an existing yoga practice. Yoga mats and various props will be used to support students of all levels in having a safe and enjoyable class. Come ready to get calm and grounded in body and mind.
