    At Fidelity Fitness Club we specialize in Advanced Personal Training. We offer our members a bespoke Personal Training service. Our focus and passion to achieve our client’s goals is what has led to us being the leading Personal Training facility in the UAE. We do what actually works for our clients.

     

    Our attitude is that we’ve only reached our goal when a client achieves theirs – all too often these are goals which have been dreamed about for years but held back by poor advice and a lack of self-belief. The job of our Personal Trainers is to work with you on anything and everything that may impact your results.

    Our cardiovascular range is truly exceptional, supporting a huge selection of top-of-the-line TechnoGym equipment, all featuring the latest touchscreen entertainment systems.     The cardio equipment is complemented by a comprehensive training application which will aid your workouts through a wide range of challenging and fun exercise programs, both preset and custom.

    RESISTANCE ZONE

    This dedicated strength training space offers an outstanding range of the latest equipment from TechnoGym. These machines are perfect for focusing on specific muscle groups, providing east initiation into strength training. Ideal to help you isolate muscles in a safe an effective way while burning away calories.

    Our Gym Floor is always manned by our internationally qualified fitness experts for training advice and support.

     

    Freestyle Zone

    The center piece of the Freestyle Zone is our bespoke functional training rig from Queenax with a range of attachments; Olympic rings, TRX Suspension Trainers, TRX Rip Trainers and boxing bag, dips station Olympic lifting platforms, monkey bars. In addition there is also a wide range of functional equipment from kettlebells to plyo boxes.

    Free Weight Zone

    Training with free weights gives a more advanced workout, as your muscles contract through a wider range of motion. Our Free Weights Zone features the best of equipment from Technogym and Cybex with an array of plate loaded strength equipment, Olympic lifting platforms, power cages and benches.
