CROSS INC.

Cross Inc. is a group class based on high intensity functional movements. All Cross Inc. classes are based on s combination of weightlifting, cardio and functional fitness. This class is for those who are looking to push past the norm and take their fitness goals to the next level.

FACILITY
Membership gives you access to luxury facial skin care and hair products, unwind in the steam and sauna, and the option to have your gym kit laundered each day and placed back in your locker and many more benefits. Our changing rooms are more boutique hotel than gym. From natural skin and hair products, to round the clock valet, fluffy towels to a braid bar for the ladies. Finish each workout refreshed and relaxed.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Specialized Olympic lifting area with a customized triple lifting platform and Olympic standard bars and plates with over 300kg of weights available.

FREE WEIGHTS

Extensive free weights zone with over 1,000kg of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and over 8 Technogym lifting benches.

CARDIO TRAINING

Over 20 pieces of high end Cardio-vascular equipment from Technogym, Woodway, Matrix and more.

Functional Training
An indoor functional training rig featuring numerous pull up bars, dip bars, monkey bars and climbing bars. The indoor rig also hosts our KO8 suspension trainers, boxing bags, resistance bands, BOSU balls, medicine balls, plyometric boxes and more!

Outside Training Area
The outside training area consists of a calisthenics & functional training rig featuring numerous pull up bars, climbing ropes, Olympic rings, battle ropes & 6 squat stations. There’s 1,000kg of bumper plates, over 10 Olympic bars, heavy tires & various pieces of strong man training equipment.

PLATE LOADED EQUIPMENT

High end customized plate loaded training equipment and over 500kg of weight plates.

STEAM ROOM

Time to relax and unwind after your workout, our luxury steam room helps to open the pores and promotes body detoxification of the outer skin. It raises the body temperature above normal and stimulates the immune system.

SAUNA

Relax and de-stress in the warm, soothing comfort of our dry heat sauna.

SHOWER

Luxurious, high powered showers with amenities by H2K of Harrogate and year round hot and cold water.
