We are Loren and Frank and we are pleased to introduce you to GYMNATION. It’s our strong belief that health and fitness in Dubai should be affordable and accessible for everyone. At GYMNATION we hope to achieve this goal through providing gym memberships starting from AED 199 per month and a state of the art facility which is welcoming for everyone, from the first-time gym users through to the most dedicated of athletes.

GYMNATION is Dubai’s most affordable and flexible gym, with gym memberships starting from AED 99 per month and no-contract-cancel-anytime membership options. You will find our gym welcoming with a no-judgements policy, in fact nearly a third of our members are first time gym users who are only just starting on their health and fitness journey.

We are here to make a difference and through GYMNATION we want to make sure everybody in Dubai has an affordable and welcoming gym option – that’s why we call ourselves THE PEOPLE’S GYM.

That’s why we offer affordable memberships and even flexible-no-contract membership options that you can stop and start whenever you want.

Dedication to quality and perfection

Despite offering gym memberships at almost 1/3rd of the rest of Dubai gyms, we do not compromise on quality. GYMNATION operate out of the largest gym facility in Dubai, have over 500 pieces of state of the art Matrix gym equipment and offer 200 classes per month all FREE of charge. We also include virtual, on-demand, classes into our offering so you can do a class at any time of day in our virtual studio. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – perfect for those who work unconventional hours or enjoy training late at night.

The only thing we cut out is the frills, but we pass the savings onto you in the form of affordable and flexible membership prices.

Facilities in Your Gym

We’re here to help all our members feel positive, motivated and in the perfect mood for a workout. That’s why all our gyms are bright and spacious with a laid- back atmosphere, so when you come in, you feel as comfortable and welcome.

Equipment

You might be here to get your blood pumping, your muscles flexing or just to try something completely different – but whatever you want from your workout, we’ve got the latest generation Matrix equipment kit to get you there.

At our gym, you’ll find at least 500 pieces of high spec cardio and strength equipment and free weights up to 60kg. Don’t forget, if you need a quick demo of any of the machines or equipment at any point, all you have to do is ask. We’ll be happy to show you.
Studios

In addition to our extensive range of equipment, you’ll find 3 studios including a dedicated spinning studio. Our studios offer a range of classes including Les Mills and other popular classes such as BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, GRIT and many more. For more details please visit our CLASSES page. Our studios are all fitted with the state of the art sound systems to pump out inspirational and energizing music. We even provide a dedicated VIRTUAL studio where you can do classes on demand delivered over our high-tech screen with a virtual instructor.

Ladies only gym and studio

We offer a comprehensive ladies only section which is accessible directly from the ladies changing room. Our ladies only gym has an extensive range of cardio, strength and free weight equipment. In addition to our ladies only gym our virtual studio doubles up as a ladies only gym at certain times of day, allowing our female members to do instructor led and virtual classes in the company of other like-minded ladies.

Showers & changing rooms

Our gym has large men’s and ladies’ showers and changing room which you can use as much as you like. Our changing rooms offer the following facilities; showers, toilets, secure lockers, vanity counters and hairdryers. Our changing rooms are bright and spacious and are cleaned throughout the day at regular intervals to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness.
Vending machines

We all forget bits of our kit from time to time. So if you left your towel at home, your padlock, or feel a bit peckish after your workout, head to our vending machines where you’ll find:

• Water

Reception

Our reception is staffed at all times with a member of our team who will be glad to help with any of your queries. To enter the gym you can simple use our entry gates – all you need is your thumb print which will be read by one of our biometric scanners.
Security

Whatever time of the night or day you wish to work out you’ll be safe and sound at GYMNATION. Our gym is monitored by CCTV 24hrs 7days a week and there is always a security and health and safety qualified member of staff on site. There is a code of conduct all members must adhere too, so please make sure you’ve read our rules.
