    The InnerFight brand was founded in 2008 by Marcus Smith. We work out of a 5,000sqft gym in Dubai known as the InnerFight HQ

    InnerFight is a health and performance company delivering increased human performance across many platforms including: Group strength and conditioning, personal performance coaching, Corporate performance and motivation, Endurance programs and more.

    InnerFight provides a content rich platform containing a vast number of performance related articles, podcasts, training plans and paleo food recipes.

    Thanks for coming and checking out this page, we are happy to offer CrossFit classes here at InnerFight and run under the official affiliate name InnerFight CrossFit DXB. For your safety, progression and motivation, our CrossFit program is based on the InnerFight Zones of Progression, which we encourage you to have a look at.

     

    We are located in Dubai, UAE and welcome anyone – no matter if you are a visitor, resident or just want to come and check out what is going on. So come and get involved by joining our CrossFit or specialist classes!

     

    If you’re new to CrossFit or the gym environment, check out Base Fitness – our new program of strength and conditioning classes that build confidence in working out and improve core strength! Join us for your first class completely free of charge.

    Our specialty classes for gymnastics and weightlifting are also held weekly for those that want to brush up on those skills.

    There is a Weight Loss Club for those looking to drop a few KG’s

    We also have a Cardio Club for those who want to “sweat it out” for an hour.

    Health Coaching – What Can You Expect?

    Group health coaching is a pro-active and positive step for you to design the life you want.

    We won’t fix you, you won’t get a sponsor and you will have to take responsibility for your actions but we will get you results.

    Groups will meet every two weeks for a ‘round table’ coaching session which focuses on actions, upgrading habits and learning from experiences you and your group go through during the process.

    This experience is about positive actions and moving forward.

    Expectation are high, we’re about big wins.

    The process is unique, empowering and the more you put in the more you will get back.

    This is about self-actualisation – achieving your full potential.

    How do I get started with Group Health Coaching?

    Start by filling in your Group Coaching questionnaire and a free 20 minute coaching call with Heidi. During this session you and Heidi will identify 3-5 changes you must make to accomplish your goals – if you do not have a specific goal Heidi will help you start the process of creating a goal you can use in 2018 to achieve what you want out of life. After your call, Heidi will select a group you can sign up for and start the group coaching experience. The following questions will be sent directly to Heidi.
