    Boot Camp
    This is also another one of the Intense Physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group interval time. s over a 1-hour period. This Exercise Consist of circuit routine, some light weight exercises and more on floor exercises routine. A personal Coach is assigned to this particular class in which this makes the exercise highly effective and motivating.

     

    Boxing
