The traditional Turkish ice cream, called dondurma, is milk sweetened and flavoured with mastic, an aromatic resin, and thickened with salep, the powdered bulbs of several wild orchids.

Its origins lie in the city and region of Maras and can be found served cold from the carts and stores of street vendors; our food trucks at Last Exit are designed to reflect the heritage and convenience of these practices.

Rock up at our window for some of the best Turkish ice cream served directly from a barrel, as well as other Turkish treats such as our baklava, kunafa, pastries, and beverages created using all-natural ingredients and made right here in the United Arab Emirates.
