    Opened in 2008, V Fitness is the first Fitness Centre in the area ; fully renovated and relocated in 2013, as it is today. We eat, sleep and live Fitness!

    With 6738 sq. feet of space, Simulated Altitude Chamber, Bouldering Wall, Group Classes/ Martial Arts Studio, extra-large Free Weights area, complete range with high variety state-of-the-art Fitness Equipment, an extra cool Sound System, Private Cardio TV Consoles and multiple TV’s across the premise, Ozone Ions and Hepa Air Purification System, Supplements Corner, Wi-Fi, showers and lockers for ladies and gents…. well, V Fitness stands-out on its own!     Our Facility

    State of the art fitness equipment made by Life Fitness, Technogym, Precor, Cybex, Sports Art, Hummer Strength, Marpo is the benchmark of quality in the fitness industry. The Multifunctional studio can accommodate various group classes and activities (martial arts, climbing, hydraulic circuit, functional training, suspension training). Simulated Altitude Training Chamber able to generate 11% oxygen concentration (similar with 5400 m altitude)

    BODYTONE

    A full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and abs. It’s a very intense workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling great Bodytone is the original barbell class that tones and strengthens your entire body, being one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape.

    BOXING

    Boxing class is a quick high intensity training that will leave your muscles burning your heart pumping and ready to take on the world.
    Boxing is about more than just hitting things. Although that is part of the fun, boxing also teaches you to be physically and mentally strong, relieves stress and empowers you. Our boxing coaches don’t just coach, they fight as well. They are expertly trained to teach you real boxing techniques. You will develop your footwork, shadow boxing, core focus, hand-eye co-ordination, partner work, sparring, strength work and conditioning.

    YOGA

    Yoga is for those who are looking for an all-around calming mechanism to ease tightness or stiffness of the body. Yoga also focuses on channeling inward to discover body awareness. Connecting our mind and body through motion and rhythmic breathing, yoga often encourages range of motion to the body’s comfort.Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. It’s increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone. Improved respiration, energy, athletic performance and vitality and maintaining a balanced metabolism.

    ZUMBA

    Zumba is an aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. This class combines house, hip-hop, and the latest dance moves into a fun and energizing calorie burning workout.Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. Zumba is Spanish slang for “to move fast and have fun.” The goal is simple: work out, love working out, get hooked and have fun.

    MIX MARTIAL ARTS

    MMA develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills; an all over cardio and strength training workout, it helps improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina. MMA incorporates three basic skills: striking, grappling and wrestling, for the purpose of full-contact competitions with varying rules. It also can be referred to as no-holds-barred fighting, ultimate fighting and cage fighting.

    JUNI-FIT

    Juni-fit is activities for kids which they are encouraged to explore for themselves and bounce around the child-friendly gym. Its classes separate students by age and focus on important skills for each developmental stage. These activities are designed to develop the basic movement abilities learned in infancy.

    AB BLASTER

    Nothing but abs work! 10-30 minutes devoted to flattening and sculpting the midsection. Gonna hit obliques, posture muscles of the mid & lower back, and of course that 6-pack! Expect to be a little sore cuz it’s gonna hurt so good!

    SUSPENSION TRAINING

    Suspension Training is a workout utilizing a system of suspended straps with handles, allowing the user to leverage their body weight as they train. This interval-based class will keep the heart rate elevated while transitioning between cardio and strength intervals to develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and core stability.

    Circuit Fit

    Circuit Fit is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The Circuit Fit comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise.

    Personal Training
    ur passionate and highly experienced personal trainers will give you the attention and assistance you need to attain your goals and maintain long-term health and fitness. Your personal training starts with an initial consultation with the male or female personal trainer of your choice, followed by a comprehensive dietary check-up. From there, we will analyze your goals to develop a customized training program based on your individual needs.
