A manoushe is the simplicity of food with a shared popularity and a strong heritage that makes it such a cultural and culinary jewel.No matter the occasion, the manoushe has always been a part of our life, whether at a family breakfast, an afternoon gathering with friends or at a neighborhood party.
We are a pastime favorite made from nature’s best ingredients. Rolled out on wooden boards that have been slightly burnt by the flames of the old brick oven. We come in different shapes and sizes and even in different flavors. We are created to take you back in time to the days of the old bakeries.
To make you remember how you used to stand in line waiting to get your hands on a hot and cheesy manoushe. It is the taste and smell of home.
