POParazzi’s, Jebel Ali Village

Established in 2009, POParazzi’s was built to fulfill a childhood dream of turning a weekly after school treat into a business. One of the co-creators Of POParazzi’s Deadrick Roland (Alan), an avid popcorn lover, grew up in neighborhood that had a local popcorn shop. This popcorn shop only offeredtraditional popcorn but the aroma of fresh popped popcorn made Alan return over and over.

As a kid, he wished to own and operate a popcorn shop of his own someday.

Years later, Alan shared this idea with his longtime friend, Irwin Daniels. At first Irwin did not share Alan’s passion. Why would people patronize a popcorn shop and most importantly why would they return continuously, Irwin thought? After much thought and market research, POParazzi’s was conceptualized.

In addition, Irwin added his sister, Jackie Daniels to the team to market the concept.
PRESENT DAY

Today POParazzi’s is widely famous for our tangy Wings n’ Ranch flavored popcorn. Its been served at the Emmy’s, in addition, it has been served at private red carpet events like the launch of the lifetime reality show of Whitney Houston’s family. Wings n’ Ranch was voted favorite flavored popcorn by the NFL franchise, Houston Texans.
