    We do things our own way. At Fitness HQ we give you the space, equipment and support you need to achieve your fitness goals. We are located on Umm Suqeim Road in Barsha, with PLENTY of FREE parking (to the rear of the building) and our facility is laid out over two floors.


    We have spared no expense to fit out Fitness HQ to meet OUR standards of a gym WE would work out in, and as such we continue to develop every day adding even more equipment to our immense range!

    You will find no hard selling here, no prison turnstiles to herd you into the gym like convicts, no ‘joining fees’ no ‘admin fees’ or any other imaginary fees.

    GRIND™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.     BODYWORX™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYWORX gives you a total body workout.     Exercising muscles around the CORE, this 30min workout provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger CORE makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance bands and weight plates and body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

    Crossfit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts.

    Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing,

    but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.



    Crossfit is for EVERYBODY. The sense of community in CrossFit is unique, everyone knows one another,

    there is always someone to help with technique, you compare WOD results and discuss competitions.

    This doesn’t happen in regular gyms, no one speaks to one another except to occasional ask “are you using this?


    We pride ourselves on making sure that everyone feels welcome and a part of our community.
    The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity.


    What that means is that every day there is a particular workout prescribed (you’ll often see this written as Rx) for everybody that comes to CrossFit. Rather than having one workout for older women and another for hardcore athletes – there’s ONE workout each day that is completely scalable based on your skill.


    For example, if the workout calls for squats with 135 pounds but you can only do squats with the bar (45 pounds), then that’s where you’ll start. If you’re injured and can’t do squats at all, a similar movement will be substituted, and if the number of reps is too many for your current ability, that will be reduced. As you get stronger and more experienced you’ll work your way towards eventually doing the workouts as prescribed.
